Montana Park multi-sport court and county funding

Montana Park Progress
A resident pressed the council on the decade-long delay of the Montana Park multi-use regional park on the west side. The city manager said bidding slipped a few weeks but is expected soon, and a new grant application was just submitted for shade structures.
Turlock Youth Council Proposal
A local high school student proposed creating a Turlock Youth Council to give young people a voice in city government, citing successful models across California. Council members responded warmly and pledged follow-up conversations.
